Here is the Negative to Positive Thought Journal:
Your job is to identify negative thoughts floating around your head throughout the day, and put them into the column on the left.
Then, at a continent time, I’d like you to come up with a positive thought that you can think instead, and write it in the column on the right.
By doing this repeatedly, you train your brain to automatically convert negative thoughts into positive ones. Soon, you'll find yourself doing it naturally throughout the day- without even needing to reach for your journal.
This is also an excellent thing to discuss with your coach.
